DAY 1: Arrive in Hanoi, Vietnam. Cyclo ride. Ngoc Son temple.

On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport and after completing the Visa on Arrival Formalities for Indian passport holders meet your SOTC Tour manager/ local representative who will be waiting outside the customs area to welcome you and to take you to your hotel (Check-in time is 3.00 pm). This afternoon, experience the “cyclo ride” around French quarter, passing by Opera House, St. Joseph’s Cathedral & Rue Paul Bert. Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake & visit Ngoc Son temple– the very heart of the city.Take a short walking tour around Hanoi’s Old Quarter of 36 old streets -with stop at central Dong Xuan market. Overnight in Hanoi.


DAY 2: City tour of Hanoi. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Tran Quoc Pagoda. Water Puppet Show Today start your city tour from Ba Dinh Square, where the most solemn ceremonies of Hanoi take place.

Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, last resting place of Ho Chi Minh President. Later visit One-Pillar pagoda nearby with unique architecture first built on 1049 by King Ly Thai Tong. Continue visiting Ho Chi Minh Resident including the wooden ethnic minority style house, which was built on stilts. Proceed to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda one of the oldest pagoda in Hanoi. After that experience local coffee at one of the most famous and oldest coffee shop in Hanoi. Later a chance to taste egg coffee, egg with green been or just simply green been or pure coffee. After coffee time, move to Thang Long Opera to watch Water Puppet Show.Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI – HALONG BAY. Halong bay cruise.

Today morning transfer to Halong Bay to board your cruise (4 hours driving). View the sceneries of Halong in slow motion. Later we can stop for relaxing or passing floating villages and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance or joining the cooking class to discover Vietnamese’s cuisine. Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the boat.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY – Flight to – SIEM REAP. Apsara Show

Today morning enjoy the activities on cruise or relaxing to enjoy the beauty of Halong Bay. Today afternoon, disembark from the cruise and transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Check-in hotel. This evening see one of the most famous performance in the city – the Apsara Show. Indian dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 05: SIEM REAP. ANGKOR TOUR. Bayon Temple. Angkor Wat temple. Pre Rup temple Today proceed for the Tour of Angkor, explore South Gate of Angkor Thom with the famous Bayon

Temple was an architectural muddle. Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive terrace wall adorned with carved elephants and gradual that spans the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon – huge temple mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas – impressive rite and sandstone pyramid. Last you will visit Ta Prohm temple which is a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat temple. Later visit Pre Rup temple for a romantic sunset view. Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 6: City tour of Siem Reap. WatThemey. Flight to Ho Chi Minh. Today Checkout and depart for a City Tour of Siem Reap, first visit Wat Thmei (Killing Field) with a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. Continue to “Les Artisans d’Angkor – Chantiers École” the Authentic Khmer Arts and Crafts and Wat Bo founded in the 18th

century, a highly respected pagoda with very unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana), later we drive to the airport for our flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, picked up by tour guide and transfer to hotel and check in.

DAY 7: Ho Chi Minh City. Cu Chi Tunnels. Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. This network of tunnels is stretched for over 200km, is one of the most famous and historical aspects of the Vietnam War. Upon arrival, watch a short introductory documentary and visit the winding, underground network to explore the war memorial park. Discover the Cu Chi site, which includes weapon and booby trap exhibitions, visit different underground bunkers featuring kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunition depots and hospitals.Upon transfer back to Saigon,city tour to see Saigon’s historic landmarks: visit Re-unification Palace, a stroll down Dong Khoi Street, Passing by classic ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and pay a visit to the Central Post Office designed by famous architect Gustave Eiffel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 8: Ho Chi Minh . Mekong Delta

Today we visit the My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong delta. Upon arrival in My Tho, we will take a Mekong boat trip to go between canals into gardens and rural houses, where a lot of families produce coconut candy, feed the bee for honey, or plant juicy fruit. On the way back to the city, stop to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, noted for its special architecture with the combination between Western and Eastern Art. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 9: RETURN HOME: Today, we check out and drive to the airport for your flight back home. We hope you take back many happy memories of your tour. You must be in possession of a Multiple Entry Visa for Vietnam and a Single Entry Visa for Cambodia.

for travel apart from your international tickets for the following sector: Hanoi / Siem Reap / Ho Chi

Minh city. The cost of this internal tickets is included in your tour price.




We advise to carry maximum of 1 big and 1 cabin bag per person, especially if internal flights on tour and Train Journey are involved during your tour. (Luggage allowance in Internal Flights

Many hotels in Asia have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen size and not King size.

For Child with bed: At times hotel don’t have enough roll away beds, in that case they might give a double and a separate single room.

As a 3rd adult person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the SAME as a Twin/ double room. ( Hence we also strongly suggest you

to upgrade Triple into 2 separate rooms during booking)

Average standard room size in south East Asia is 15 – 18 square meter.

Standard Check in time 1500 hrs; Standard check out time 1200hrs. Early Check in & late Checkout is subjected to availability and at an extra Cost. Adjoining room’s requests are subjected

to availability during Check In.

All hotels rooms booked for group are Standard category. Getting a double room or a twin room is subjected to availability of the same in Hotel during check in.

All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary.

Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.

A person 12 years and below is considered a child and above 12 years, an adult.

Due to international events and trade fairs all throughout Asia such as Air Show, music festivals, sports championships etc., you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city.

During certain dates stay may be split in two hotels

Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers.

We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.


Most of your journey in Asia is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean.

Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.

Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.

One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.

In most of cities, there are parking restrictions for coaches and it may not be possible to stop at all

the places during the city tour. Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible

for a photo stop.

Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.


Tips of USD 03 per person per day (9 days) are compulsory in Vietnam & Cambodia for services of the guide and the driver. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only.

One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a phone for calling in Vietnam & Cambodia. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim cards are not compatible with all the

hand phones.

Attractions like Halong Bay cruise, Angkor wat, chu chi tunnel etc. are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.

At times some temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot.

Few days Local meal shall be part of menu. Veg &Non veg options shall be made available as per diet requirements.

Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall

throughout the year. Weather in Vietnam & Cambodia is unpredictable.

Room size in Vietnam & Cambodia is anywhere between 16 to 18 sqm for standard twin room. Cabin size on Halong bay cruise are 14 sqm with inbuilt washrooms & basic amenities.

Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature.

In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local tea i.e. without creamer and sugar.

In Vietnam & Cambodia, only Vietnamese dong/ Cambodian Riel will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered.

The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full-paying passengers travelling together.


The services of a  Tour Manager will be provided with a group of minimum 25 full-paying passengers. Our local representative will be there to assist you in case this above requirement is not fulfilled.

When the tour has less than 25 adults and is operated on a seat-in-coach basis, there will be instances where the driver acts as a guide as well.

A person below 12 years is considered child and above 12 years, an adult.
