Montreal Tour itinerary

 Day 1:24th Jun:  Montreal: Arrive at Montreal YUL International Airport in the Evening. Transfer to Hotel. In Montreal. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: 25th Jun:  Montreal Convention: After breakfast at hotel. Visit the convention center at own . return at ownto the Montreal hotel after the convention. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.( 3 hours transfer by coach is included to dinner place.)

Day 4: 27th Jun: Pick-up at Specific Downtown and Old Montreal Area Hotels Step back in time as you explore Old Montreal, the oldest part of the city. Find numerous historical attractions such as the Notre-Dame Basilica, where its stained glass windows are a must-see for tourists and locals alike. Other landmarks include Place Jacques Cartier, Grévin Museum and many more. Make your way to the Montreal Olympic Stadium, an outstanding architectural wonder built for the 1976 Summer Olympics. Gaze at the Montreal skyline from the Mount Royal Park Lookout, one of the many scenic lookouts located inside the famous park. From there, see a clear view of the city and take photos of the spectacular sights.

Visit Saint Joseph’s Oratory, a Roman Catholic basilica and Canada’s largest church. Admire the Renaissance-style exterior of this grand institution.

Includes:

  1. One FOC for Tour Director based on Single Occupancy and all services.
  2. Gratuity for Tour Coach Driver.
  3. Gratuities for Step-On-Guides.
  4. Luggage Capacity of your Tour Coach (approximately, depending on the size of the bags) based on standard pieces of luggage.

This term “Luggage” would include suitcases, roll on, cabin bags, handbags, back packs and any other piece of luggage that would go into the luggage compartment of the vehicle.  No luggage will be allowed inside the cabin of the vehicle.

  1. 56 or 52 passenger Tour Coach – 65 to 70 Units
  2. 29, 30, 33 passenger Tour Coach – 28 to 30 Units
  3. 24 Passenger Tour Coach – 18 to 20 Units

Not Included:

  1. Baggage Handling.
  2. Wire Transfer Fee of $45.00 per wire transfer. This will be added to your final Invoice.
  3. Visa and Documentation Fees.
  4. Bottled Water in hotel rooms.
  5. Bottled Water distributed on Coach.
  6. Telephone calls, Laundry, and other expenses.
  7. Travel Insurance – recommended. We request Tour Operator to secure a signed Waiver in the event client declines your offer to sell Travel Insurance.
  8. Any personal expenses.
  9. Resort fees if applicable.

Important Notes:

  1. Unused Rooms – Keys will be handed over to Tour Manager for all unoccupied rooms falling outside the 10% Attrition Policy. There will be no refund on such rooms.
  2. Early Departure – There will be no refund on any Early Departures. All services billed including meals, admissions, etc. will be billed 100%.
  3. Credit Card for incidentals – Tour Director will be required to provide a credit card at check in for room incidentals including fines incurred by guests smoking in their rooms against hotels Non-Smoking Policy. DMCi Inc. card will not be available for purposes of Credit card Guarantee at check-in.

Breakfast Menus

  • Your tour group’s Breakfast is based on a specially contracted Tour Group Breakfast Menu. This menu may be quite different from the Restaurant Buffet Menu offered to guests paying the BAR rates (at least 40% higher than the room and breakfast rates paid by your clients).  Such breakfast is not available to your Tour Group under any circumstance unless paying a BAR Rate for the room and breakfast.
  • The hotel reserves the right to host your tour group’s breakfast in a private banquet venue.

V Important Note –  Bringing outside food & beverages into the Hotel’s Breakfast Room – No outside food or beverages will be allowed into the Hotel’s dining space including restaurants.  Should the members of the group or your Tour Director indulge in such activities, the hotel reserves the right to either fine the Tour Director (fines to be paid on spot) or evict the group from the dining space and deny them any further meals.

There will be no refund on any such denied meals.
